Workplace Diversity Training
Practical, evidence-based training for employers and teams — inclusive recruitment, unconscious bias and building workplaces where everyone can do their best work.
Diversity Now Australia Ltd is a nonprofit, registered charity (ABN 19 670 122 139) based in Thomastown, Victoria. We help workplaces, schools and neighbourhoods turn diversity into genuine belonging — through practical training, free community workshops, cultural events and peer support groups.
We're a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), and our purpose is simple: an Australia where everyone belongs.
Australia is one of the most diverse nations on earth — but for too many people, daily life still means being overlooked, misunderstood or quietly excluded. At work, at school, in the neighbourhood. Prejudice rarely survives genuine contact and practical skill, so that's where we work: real workshops that change how people treat each other, real events that turn strangers into neighbours, and real support for people carrying the weight of exclusion.
We are proudly nonprofit. We have no shareholders and no commercial motive — income from donations, training fees and grants is reinvested entirely into our charitable programs. Our finances are reported every year to the ACNC and published on the Charity Register for anyone to inspect.
Everything we do is measured against one question: did this make someone feel they belong?

A Thomastown employer came to us after watching skilled migrant staff leave within months of hiring. Through our training pathway, their leaders rebuilt onboarding, learned bias-aware management and made cultural competence part of how they work — not a poster on a wall.
Within a year, their retention of staff from diverse backgrounds had transformed, and team engagement rose with it. That's what practical inclusion looks like.
Our programs run year-round — catch up on everything on our news page.
Free public workshops on practical allyship and intercultural skills are open for winter — fortnightly in Thomastown and online.
Hundreds of locals from a dozen cultures shared food, music and stories at our winter celebration in Melbourne's north.
Allyship workshop 8 August, intercultural dialogue evening 22 August, and our Spring Cultural Celebration Day on 12 September.
Donate, volunteer, or bring our training to your workplace — every action makes inclusion real for someone who needs it.
